All items are made to order. Meaning, these are NOT ready to ship (unless indicated otherwise). Each item is handmade/hand dyed after you have placed your order. Please allow time for your order to be fulfilled.
If you would like a different material, design, or size than what is displayed on the website, please go to the "custom order form" page and place a custom order.
How do I make a custom order?
Please go to the "custom order form" page in the drop down menu and send us an email. Please read the directions.
It will take 1-3 weeks. Rush order is available for a $30 fee. Please email us after placing your order at thecolorplant@gmail.com to indicate you need a rush order.
How long will my *crochet* order take?
It will take 2-6 weeks. Rush order is available for a $30 fee. Please email us after placing your order at thecolorplant@gmail.com to indicate you need a rush order.
What is your return policy?
Because these items are made to order and handmade
ALL sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS.
Please be clear about what design and colors you want. Send reference pictures if need be!
Please make sure you are ordering your correct size. Orders placed in the wrong size are not accepted for returns. Please refer to our sizing chart to order the correct sizing.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong shipping address.
Please make sure you are shipping to an address where your package will be safe! If your package is stolen we will file a claim but your refund is NOT guaranteed.
We understand that mistakes happen so please email us as soon as possible if there is a mistake after your order is placed.
How do I care for my tie dye item?
Wash on cold/colors by itself or with like colors. Dry on delicate or air dry to preserve the color.
How do I care for my crochet item?
Wash on cold/delicate. Before drying, gently stretch it back to size/shape. Air dry or dry on delicate/no heat.
