Each custom order comes with a free consultation (optional) via Zoom. We will discuss the design, sizing, and pricing of your item. Please fill out your info and leave "schedule consult" in the comments box. If you prefer not to meet, please fill out the form with the information below. 

When ordering please include the following:

1. Tie dye or Crochet
2. Garment you want (shirt, sweater, pants, etc.)
3. Size
4. Design
5. Color(s)
6. Reference photos (optional)
